New Video Instructional Content for EndNote, PubMed, and More

PDF

In transitioning to an online instructional environment over the past year, Galter librarians were able to quickly adapt our usual in-person instruction and consultation model to an online one. We've learned a lot about teaching online and delivering content in a way that reaches as many users as possible. Users have been asking for online tutorials so they can take a class when it’s more convenient and/or learn at their own pace. In response, librarians have been hard at work creating class recordings and playlists of our most popular classes. Click the links to find streaming video tutorials for the following Galter classes:

Class recordings are hosted in Northwestern’s institutional repository, DigitalHub, and you will need a NetID to access them.*

At Galter, we’re aware that our users have different learning styles and we hope that one or a combination of our instructional delivery methods works for you. Find links to our upcoming class schedule, videos, guides, and slide decks in our Classes hub. Regularly-scheduled classes are open to all Northwestern affiliates with a NetID; classes and consultations are available by request to Feinberg School of Medicine faculty, staff, students, and residents.

* Not all classes have corresponding recordings. We have elected to focus on the most-requested content for now. Most classes will have linked guides or slide decks, and some guides will have embedded video content from external sources.
