Did you know the library can obtain almost any article or book that we don’t own? Or that the library can make PDFs of any article in a print journal that we do own? These services are offered by Document Delivery at the Galter Health Sciences Library.

For items we don’t own, including items at the NU libraries in Evanston, request them using our Order an Article or Book form, linked from our home page. You will need a NetID to use this service. Once you’ve created a profile, you can link to the request form directly from the Find it @ NU button in many literature databases, including PubMed.

If you need an electronic copy of an article we carry in a print journal volume at the library, you can use the same Order an Article or Book form to request the library create a PDF. This service is for print journals where we do not have a corresponding electronic version; if we already own the item electronically, you should not use this service.
