As a Data Librarian, I develop and implement workflows to promote inclusive practices aimed at advancing research data management and sharing. I support the Zenodo project through the NIH Generalist Repository Ecosystem Initiative (GREI) which is dedicated to enhancing the accessibility and discoverability of data. I also serve as an Evaluator and Data Analyst for the NNLM National Evaluation Center (NEC) supporting best practices and continuous improvement aimed at enhancing equal access to health information. Motivated by my commitment to knowledge equity, I specialize in project management and quality assurance that seeks to prioritize and understand the needs of data owners, consumers, and professionals.
