This class is an introduction to resources in the psychology and psychiatry fields.
CLASS OBJECTIVES: At the completion of this class, the participant will:
- know how to find journal articles and books in psychology, psychiatry and related fields using PsycINFO, MEDLINE, and other databases
- know how to use the Health and Psychosocial Instruments (HaPI) database to find surveys and questionnaires
- know how to find tests and measurements using the Mental Measurements Yearbook
- know how to use the Galter Library E-Resources to find e-journals, e-books, and links to other resources
